After a week or so of vigorous teasing, Ubisoft finally lifts the curtain on Assassin's Creed Revelations, the third and final chapter in the Ezio trilogy, coming to the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC this November.

In Assassin's Creed Revelations Ezio Auditore embarks on a journey of self-discovery and revelation in the footsteps of his legendary mentor, Altaïr. He'll travel to Constantinople in the heart of the Ottoman Empire, where a gathering army of Templars is threatening to destabilize the region.

Assassin's Creed Revelations also sees the return of online multiplayer, with new mode, new maps, and new characters.

"Delivering the final chapter of the Ezio trilogy is an important milestone in the Assassin's Creed franchise for us and for our fans," said Alexandre Amancio, Creative Director at Ubisoft Montreal. "Assassin's Creed Revelations includes lots of new features and some significant surprises. We can't wait to show our fans what we have in store at E3 this year."

For more on Assassin's Creed Revelations pick up the June issue of Game Informer, available this month.

Update: Game Informer's cover reveal story teases with more details, including a "newly customizable multiplayer game" and the fact that you'll play as Desmond, Ezio, and Altaïr as you progress through the story. It's three assassins in one!

Can't say I'm thrilled about this - the fact that they still haven't released a trophy fix patch is annoying hence I haven't finished brotherhood yet. I don't think this will be a day one purchase for me.

Finally we get to see the end of Ezio's Story. And hopefully *fingers crossed* it comes with a killer multiplayer!

I thought they were going to make an AC with a new character... Forgot that Ezio's story isn't finished. But hey this looks good, another AC game, can't get enough of them. The more the merrier.

I'm also perplexed about that as well! They specifically mentioned AC:B being the end of Ezio's story. But hey I'm not complaining :D!!

Can't FUCKING wait for this sure to be FUCKING awesome game :D:D!!!!!!!

You took the words right out of my fucking mouth! Gonna put ACII in my PS3 right now and play through that and Brotherhood again.

It better have one hell of a Collector's Edition.

You know what bro, I think I'm going to join in that :D!
Sadly I never got AC1's or AC2's CE only AC:B's so you're damn straight, I want a motherfucking kickass CE!! Perhaps one to rival The Witcher 2's :D??

It would have been nice to have a new character. Plus Ezio's accent is getting really old really fast...

I actually quite like the accent :o! But I do hope the really elaborate on Desmond's story! They can't make it as short as AC:B, the fans won't tolerate another cash cow!!

I also missed out on the AC CE but I was lucky enough to get both the AC Black Edition and the ACB Codex Edition. Still want to buy an Altair figurine to go with my Ezio one.

Oh and nothing can rival the Witcher's CE. Unless they give us a hidden blade.

awesome... althought brotherhood cant beat the fresh feeling that was assassins creed 2
but hey mp was wicked and different and the game was still wicked awesome with a huge wtf ending!

So again not a proper sequel. So this is basically Assassins Creed San Andreas rather than 3. Time will tell if this is going to be just more of the same, but why can't Ubisoft move on from Ezio...

Looks like a proper sequel, 'Third and final chapter'. I think it's cool they're bringing the three characters together for the final game. Although I hope Desmond does more than just climb and jump around. And hopefully we (for once) get a decent ending :p

I love the fact that we get to play with Ezio again (and Altaïr of course), IMO Ezio is one of the coolest video game characters ever and I don't mind playing with him for a third time. I know a lot people are saying Ubisoft is just milking AC by releasing another new game so soon, but I prefer to think of them as different episodes of the same game so waiting a year for another one is fine. Also, if they keep up the quality and keep on improving then I have no objection to getting a new AC game every year.

If they innovate enough then I can overlook those aspects. Just not another Brotherhood is all I'm asking. I'm getting gatvol of these rehash lazy games devs are throwing at us. I think Dragon Age 2 was the last straw for me, so I'm extra weary of sequels now.
