You're following the argument that IW did in fact breach their contract with Activision and are completely fine with not being paid royalties to a game they did develop?

Actually, I'm just trolling. I must say that it's a very nice thing to see a team sticking together like IW did. Great team that made great games. I expect respawn should be able to get some good ideas and games done, provided that they survive the monster that is Activision.

Other than that, I don't think the public know the full extent of contracts and legal issues involved so I'm going to reserve comment on legal issues till the end of this saga.
