had to phone telkom yesterday to fix my line... surprisingly excellent service and my line was up the same day

What ISP accounts you guys using cause my Always on account and my Afrihost/Telkom account are going strong here.

My mate's MWEB / Telkom was down for a few hours, but working again now. I didn't have any issue on Telkom Mobile.
