Thankfully those aren't Rand amounts. People get crucified for getting decimal places wrong there...

Something super fishy about those latency readings. The MyBB speed test server is hosted by Hetzner in an MTN datacenter if I'm not mistaken - so it should give the same latency readings as the other JHB server, not the same as Cape Town. I'm inclined to blame the MyBB speed server for this though not the reviewer - the result I get from it are consistently higher than they should be too.
