So does anyone know if this is true?

I have just signed up with them recently and am thinking of cancelling. But my query is this, what's to stop me from signing up again, and in two or three months time and cancelling again and getting double money back every time? Could be quite a good way to make some money :P
 
Yeah I figured as much, not that I was thinking it. But I wouldn't be surprised if someone has done it. As long as I can get my same amount paid back I'm happy. Most places won't even offer that, you have to wait till end month. Maar ja...
 
Quite a while back I ordered web hosting from them and there was something that wasn't to my liking (something that our old provider could provide and they couldn't) so I cancelled and told them they only need to refund the original amount (since I probably didn't do my homework before signing up or something), but they refunded in double anyway.
 
Wow that is pretty impressive, sadly there will be people out there that will try to miss use this which will cost a company that is trying to get loyal customers and to be innovative.
Not aimed at you BeoTeK but in general.
