Age of Conan Dips below 100 000 subscribers

AOC system requirements are just way to high. Add massive amounts of bugs and you get players leaving left, right and center.
 
I was SOOOOO disappointed with AOC. Apart from its awesome graphics, the game was a totaly waste of energy IMHO
 
Yes, well it is very buggy.

I found the comparison to Tabula Rasa interesting though... I thought TR was doing fairly well in turn.

I played it during beta, was quite enjoyable, just didn't take it further when launch came and my 5-day pass expired. Having to pay-to play-and all that...
 
I've heard, however, that in its current state, Age of Conan is a far better game than it used to be. DX10 is supposed to be implemented or will be implemented soon. Now that they're fixed it up, they're focusing on content and upgrades.

With regards to Tabula Rasa - that game does not deserve to die. I don't understand why people don't like it. It was very atmospheric.

as i pointed out; only thing that actually needs fixing at position no1 is their current graphics engine. Its definitly not as it should be.

12.99 euros p/m...and very large patch awaits first time gamers- where my other gripe comes in. in wow you can at least get the patches and apply them later on, conan on other hand is per file per being connected.
 
You can download the Wow patches or just copy a friends Wow folder over. Conan you have to install and update via their servers. (as I understand it)
 
28gigs is a good indication of what's to come in the near future. Vanguard takes up a good 20 gigs too.
