Age of empires online is a great game.

I noticed they have some sort of limited special going where you can get both Civilisation Packs for R349 and then you get the "Defense of Crete Booster Pack" for free. With MS Points it like over 2000MS Points.
 
Im having a bit of a problem.

I downloaded the game last night.
I run the game, the age of empires logo comes up , the whole screen turns black and it crashes to desktop. The music is playing but if i click on the aoe on the taskbar it just keeps crashing to desktop. I then close the game...

I've tried previous gpu drivers but its the same.
Also tried to lower my resolution in windows. Run as administor and I've run in compatibility mode in xp and 98 with no luck.

Windows 7 64 and running an amd 5850?

I've been successfully running it from my Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit) laptop (Core i3 and Intel Mobile Graphics).

Maybe check their forums for similar issues?

Since I've bought Gears of War 3 I've forgotten about this game... :D
