Aion - General Discussion

Voicy please amend the char list, i'm ascending as chanter :). was going to do cleric but i see that my idealized cleric is not as chanter is more in line with that i want.

Lydon, How did u get your patch from 1.5.0.0 to 1.5.0.6?? My d/l bombed last night and it can't repair :(((

Oh dear that's terrible :(

I just let the NCLauncher download everything. Was around 526Mb or so. That patched everything up and I could play with no problems.

I considered downloading patches manually, but decided to be patient instead as I'm low on data.

P.S. I am getting so freaking annoyed with lag now. I've died like 7 times and every single time it's because I've been standing there and suddenly a mob appears next to me and I'm down to low health, or because I'm fighting and suddenly the mob disappears, then reappears and kills me before I see it on my side :(

A few times please. I am just curious what you all are getting in terms of Latency.
 
Ahh okay, then I think it is in general and the servers that aren't 100% up to standard.

Man this sucks. I am battling to play during the day with some weird issue Telkom has had with my line for about 3 months now.

From about 10am - 4pm my line will drop erratically, but then after that time it is solid as a rock. Oh well, I can stay up late so I will play till like 2am from now on.

Finally got to download the 526MB patch, then had to download the language fix, then changed folder to aionEU and it now requires an additional 338MB patch :(((

Yeah I also had to do the 300meg file for the language to get fixed. Kinda sucked... But good news is it worked.

Ah that sucks! Strange...my friend had to download the language patch too, but I didn't have to.

What version of the game did you buy? The different versions probably ship with different clients etc. I got the Steelbook Edition.

Got the Steelbook edition at BT games, version 1.5.0.0 (maybe I'm just speshul :P)
 
Ouch!! ALL servers now (5:21PM) are high, and you cannot even log into the queue due to the amounts of people trying to log in.
