Alienware TactX Gaming Headphones

June 30, 2009 - In addition to the AW2210 HD Monitor announced today, Alienware has announced their latest gaming headphones, the TactX Headset. TheTactXs are straight forward stereo driver headphones for PC gaming and feature Alienware's signature dark, Area 51-esque aesthetic. The TactXs come with a retractable unidirectional microphone, gold-plated connectors, custom frequency equalization optimized for gaming, large enclosed circumaural ear cups, and a three piece design for quick and easy transport. The TactXs come with 10 feet of cable, giving players plenty of leg room, and have a frequency response range of 16Hz to 28kHz.

For those of you who are big into the surround sounds of true gaming then I would say these would defnitely be for you... I hope they come out here very soon but dont expect these to be very cheap... as they average at about $79.00 US (approx R610) excl Tax and shipping
