All land should be transferred to state ownership, according to the Economic Freedom Fighters' founding manifesto.

"The state should, through its legislative capacity, transfer all land to the state, which will administer and use land for sustainable development purposes," the EFF said in its manifesto.

"This transfer should happen without compensation, and should apply to all South Africans, black and white."

Yes, because the state has such a great track record when it comes to managing assets. (sarcasm)
I suppose that actually applies to most governments though.
 
yeah....and he (EFF) has such a fantastic record of keeping his properties / lands....wonder if he is trying his manifesto out, and thats why he keeps losing his properties... :D

I wonder how his sponsors and rich friends would feel about that sort of idiotic rhetoric? Quite honestly this wacko is about as sane as his good pal Bob his north of the Limpopo.

That's exactly right, what this nutjob doesn't understand is that no one will invest here unless they know their rights are protected and without investment the majority of his unemployed followers will never get jobs.

As much as the ANC screws up, this is at least something that they keep in mind.
