I was under the impression it was for the PS3... wasn't its originally slated for the PS3?

At the moment it seems to be only console based they say that they might port it from the console to PC but not sure yet

Is it like a WoW kinda lag (highly playable) or an FPS kinda lag? (highly unplayable).

I'm getting a latency of about 300ms and thats on a shaped account. It's very playable for us guys in SA.

Yup places seem to be slamming it in general.

Seems a large concern is lack of content to a large degree.
