I've been thinking about this all day, and the answer is two fold.
The game is certainly the best of the franchise. The 60 FPS makes it really sweet. The decision to remove all the micro transactions is another sweet change. All cars, every single one has has their famous Autovista, all four hundred something of them. That is amazing!
For any petrol head this game is amazing and is a must get. The additional rain and water effects are awesome, along with the addition of night races. I think it's well worth the retail price.
Though I can't justify the cost of the console and game like I have done, just for one game. If you're interested in other Xbone exclusives then sure.
But I am a Forza fan and I don't regret it. I love it. [emoji41]

There was a 2 gb update after I bought and installed the retail copy.
Ok, i bought the digital preorder version, downloaded it like 5th of sept, and haven't seen a patch since, guess disc copy is slightly older.

Can't wait to play the game!! Getting my retail limited edition today once I'm back in Cape Town. So there's a 2GB download...I thought as much. At least it's not that big.

You've been added. Go check in the Rivals section, as there will be challenges to race against some of our times. I know I've been racing against many of the members here's time. It's quite fun
As for a MyGaming Lap time challenge, I like the idea. What we will do is choose a course and a car, standard with no mods, and see who can post the best time. Maybe there should be a limit to the assists used as well, because I know [MENTION=4071]BeoTeK[/MENTION] races with no assists and no racing line indicators. He's a machine I tell you. I race with the breaking line indicator and TCS on, STM off though.
What do you all think of this?

Not off topic at all. I need Forza in my life. Forza 2 and 3 were among the best games I've ever played.

Thanks for the invite. I'm definitely in. The only assists I use is the braking line and ABS. I'm not sure if manual without clutch is also considered an assist?

Anyway I happen to know to know a guy who's also a big Forza fan, and he bought a new Xbone just to play Forza 6. I believe he hasn't even played two hours of it yet. I guess it can't be that great. "whistling:

Tapatalk is convenient and centralizes all your forums into one place. The notifications are also handy for quick access to threads. I've been using it for years now (since you had to pay for it) - just give it a try, I'm sure you won't regret using it.
Re: Forza 6 - I've been yearning to play a good, content-filled racing for years now. ProjectCars doesn't seem all that rich in content and I can't seem to make my mind up about DriveClub. Since I know (and loved) Forza, it seems to be the obvious choice to go back to. Besides, I've now had my PS4 for more than a year and haven't played a single game on it yet. I have since moved it to a more convenient place in the hopes of firing up a desire to buy a game and play on it, but that hasn't happened yet. I guess I'm not much of a console gamer...
So to reiterate: If anyone is interested in a (literally) unused secondhand PS4, gimme a shout.
