If you read the Web Ninjas website they actually say that they know Ryan Cleary wasn't the head of LulzSec and they have the details of the real guy and are working with the FBI.

Ryan was just an IRC server host.
He had lots of clients who used his servers... Just so happens one of them MIGHT have been LulzSec...

Poor guy. Really he had nothing to do with all that nonsense. They're charging him as if a scapegoat, but instead they are creating a martyr out of him.

First offense... Extenuating circumstances... ability to plead a deal...
Around 0-3 years.
Probably get off with a suspended sentence if he's been clean up until now.
