Yep. Every time I've been there I was a disappointed. The only way I might consider going again would be if there's an Occulus Rift demonstration.

If you want to experience Rage, just go to an over crowded mall, because that's basically what it is.

I love rAge, but in recent years it has become too crowded. No space to move and the venue feels a little small. The organisers have mentioned that the Dome is the perfect size and that they aren't considering a move to a bigger spot, but I'm not too sure. I'll probably still go, but just for the atmosphere and specials.
Koppi is a month prior.

You're not missing much... The only thing that interests me at rage is the competitive gaming... And this year I watched all of the CSGO/Dota 2 games on twitch.tv

That to, except the pokemon section was really small last year but I still got a few games in which was nice. I'm hoping with blowfish taking over the pokemon distribution they put on a bigger show this year, or at least get a bigger play area.
I still think rage is fun, but if you are just there for the games then it's a little disappointing, broaden your interests and there is a lot to do and see, but the crowds kill that.

Yeah. I saw that last year. It is really difficult to see games there. You wait so long for one game that you end up not having time to see all the games that you want. The cool thing is that there was some cool merchandise last year, lots of comic books and card games. Artists' Alley was a little small, though.

I'm hoping to get in some boardgaming done this year (King of Tokyo!). 2013 was my first rAge, and it was rAge inducing (yes, I just did that). 2014 was actually okay, but oh well. I guess I'm also hoping to see some cosplay, good demos, and the art corner, and if all goes well with our games broadcasting this year (eAe Gaming; Dota 2, CS:GO, Hearthstone, etc), we might be involved in some eSports stuff this year @rAge.
