AMD Radeon HD6000 series information leaked

A colleague at work was raving about these graphics cards. It feels like AMD has been on the back foot to a certain extent against some of the other big names. It's good for competition and prices if they come good.
 
I am going to stick with my GTX460's. Was with ATI but like they say: once you go green you dont go back. haha
 
I'll wait till the 6900 series comes out before deciding what to get. Altho for some reason I'm seeing a Sapphire HD6970 Vapor-X model in my future. ;)
 
Lets hope the 5000 series starts to drop nicely. Would love a 2nd 5870.

Mate of mine has two 5970's in now and that thing fucks off. When we play online, it's so freaking fast, he is at least 5 minutes ahead in time than the rest of us. He has capped flags way before we have even loaded the game! :D

I must say, those prices look seriously out of wack... When I bought my 4890, it was like R2.8k...

If the prices actually come through as low as reported, I think AMD are going to see a boost in sales like never before.
