AMD Releases AMD Radeon Software Crimson Edition Graphics Driver

AMD has finally released the first version of its AMD Radeon Software Crimson Edition graphics driver. The software is AMD’s attempt at providing a solution to a long held AMD problem- which is that while AMD may make great hardware, their terrible software support, with unintuitive clients, and lack of proper driver updates, basically renders this advantage moot.

The AMD Raedon Software Crimson Edition is AMD’s answer to Nvidia’s GeForce Experience. It comes loaded with a fair few features that should allow users to get access to some power user level tasks with ease:

Radeon Settings
New Install UI
Liquid VR
Asynchronous Shaders
Shader Cache
Optimized Flip Queue Size
Freesyncâ„¢ Enhancements
Custom Resolution Support
Frame Pacing Enhancements
Frame Rate Target Control Enhancements
Updated Video Feature support for ‘Carrizo’ products
Power Optimization
Directional Scaling
Dynamic Contrast Update
DisplayPort to HDMI 2.0 support

I'm keen on checking the new software though, it looks very promising.
 
Yeah ill dl this tonight lets see if this gives us a liking with amd software for once not that i ever had n problem with ccc ut now wil the gaming evolved intigration still be there as with ccc or has support been dropped?

Just wathed the vid and kinda excited to try this now

the gaming evolved app is still there but you can deselect it during installation as always
