AMD touts Radeon R9 295X2 as the world's fastest graphics card

neo its not heavily modified its a reference r9 290x with a better cooler that can handle the r9 290x 1ghz stock speeds with ease.
 
Pound for pound, the 780ti is faster than the R290X.

Leave modified cards out of it. Stock for Stock. Design vs Design, the 780ti is the better card. End of story mate.

I'm not a fanboy, but I am realistic.
 
Having owned both a 780Ti and a 290X, the 780Ti is hands down the faster card. I tested them both into oblivion and at the end of the day the 780ti was a good 10-15% faster in most cases.
 
Yeah, AMD's Radeon GPU is pretty awesome. Been using it on my HP/Dell laptops and they are really good. Wondering will this new graphics chipset stack up against NVIDIA's latest creation?

Lol there isn't a 1440p 120Hz monitor available.

DiceAir MIGHT have a 1440p monitor that he OCd to hit 120Hz but most clock in at 96Hz.

Those monitors aren't sold here and are generally purchased through Amazon or eBay.

Yeah I've looked at those monitors a few times(The Qnix and Yamaha Catleap), that's why I was interested in his monitor(he didn't mention OC'd to 120Hz).

The only 1440p 120Hz monitor is the Asus ROG one which hasn't been released to the public yet.
