So I just played 20mins, Tooks, you and I are going to have diarrhea after just 5mins later on :p!! Shit boet, just the beginning level and one is already breathing at irregular intervals, plus the atmosphere crafted in that game is unbelievable!!

But I'm stuck, the worst part about the demo and now the game... Can anyone give me directions?

I've just read the first not I left myself, it say I need to go to some place and kill some dude, but where the hell do I go?? I can't go back the same way I came as the door "Won't budge" and there are no other doors! I'm lost :o...

Holy shit, this game is so AWESOME yet so SCARY!!!
I have faced many an adversary and have emerged triumphant!! The wind did not and the creaking did not kill me :o:D!!!

Tooks and myself had a chat room going while playing, and some of the things that were said!! Bwahahahahaha Tooks is just as scared as I am :D!!!

Had this lying round for awhile! Thinks i must put on my adult diaper and man up! I'm still recovering from Doom 3. WHY THE F CAN'T YOU HOLD A GUN AND TORCH AT THE SAME TIME!

Managed to play anymore? I figured out a piece of what I was stuck on. Still need to do something before I can move onto the next area.

I've managed to get quite far, by Googling it seems I am halfway through the game.

I'm at the part where I have to repair the elevator, but I seriously had to take a days break because I am in the entrance hall and there is goo everywhere and I can't leave the room with the one rod without being chased by the shadow creature :o!!! Fuck me, I think there are two of them and it is SOOOOOOOOOO dark!!!!!!
So I've taken today off from Amnesia and will continue tomorrow again :p...

Brown pants? Not really for me. There have been some scary moments were I had to quit straight away, then other times I quit after a while because of the feelings of dread that the atmosphere gives you - sort of like hairs standing on the back of your neck. It soaks into you and you end up feeling cold and shivery.

You know what, I thought it would be more scary hey! It's funny, when you encounter the monsters you're not actually frightened. More often than not you'll find you're more scared of what you think is around the next corner rather than what is. Now that, is the mark of a good horror :D! Apparently I went through the scariest part of the game without getting scared at all :p. I'm actually enjoying the experience, plus the story is intriguing which makes you push on! So you actually brave the scares to know what is actually going on!

I absolutely LOVE this game!! Sure it has it's scary parts but I'm just lapping up every moment of it :).
 
I played the demo of this game and the atmosphere and the anticipation of running into something scary is what scared me. IMO the game's atmosphere is very well done.

I also played the demo but right there and then o decided that I will NOT buy this game.. I enjoy sleeping too much.. It would scare the crap outa me... Just the demo made me go.. "oh crap, oh crap, ahhhhh!"
