ANC government's performance to be assessed

Cabinet will assess the ANC government's performance since 1994 at its lekgotla in Pretoria, Minister in the Presidency Collins Chabane said on Tuesday.

"The 20 year review details how we've performed since 1994; it is a thick, structural and detailed 21 chapter document," Chabane told reporters in Pretoria where the lekgotla is being held.

The meeting would assess the state of the economy and the performance of the present administration, led by President Jacob Zuma.
 
So the ANC's performance is going to be assessed by.... the ANC?

Yeah, if that's the case, then what the hell is the point of the review in the 1st place? The timing couldn't be better either, with recent events surrounding Agang and the DA, the hype campaign train begins.

And they will obviously come out with a fine bill of health, and the country will have restored faith. Our politics are so predictable.

Honestly though, until our election process is torn down and rebuilt from the ground up, we will always have glaring issues regardless of the government we vote into power.
 
Just another propaganda tool for the ANC to declare the false delivery by the glorious cANCer. Seems every year they spend more money on saying how much the ANC has delivered instead of actually doing anything.
