ANC to speed up land reform

The African National Congress would move to speed up land reform and improve livelihoods especially in rural areas, President Jacob Zuma said on Saturday.

"It is a widespread acknowledgement that the 'willing seller, willing buyer' system has not been successful," Zuma told thousands of ANC supporters gathered at Mbombela Stadium for launch of the party's election manifesto in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga.
