Anybody here live in Tokai (Cape Town)?

I'm looking to move into a house in Tokai, but I have no idea what the internet infrastructure there is like. Since I work (and game!) online, it's also very important that I have fast and reliable connectivity.

Where I live now in Kenilworth, my line speed is around 8mbps, and I've obviously become very accustomed to that.
 
Hey Azimuth, I live in Tokai close to Reddham. Internet is shite. I can't sync at 384k stably. I'm connected to the Steenberg exchange (7+ km away) although there is some MSANs close by. You might have better luck than me though. I'm living on government property and Telkom has never upgraded our "box".

I can't account for anyone in the residential areas. There's quite a few guys on MYBB living in Tokai so also check there.
 
I think it depends on the area of Tokai you will be in, if you are closer to Main Road or Blue Route side it will be a lot better. There is Tokai Forest which I presume makes it a worse internet area compared to say Kirstenhof / Tokai area
