Anyone bought from Sybaritic website?

Got good and speedy service from them and they got basically the same prices as Sybaritic. I collected so can't comment on delivery. I am not too pelased with Sybaritic myself, they took too long with my order - but that could just be me not wanting to wiat 2 weeks for something and the suppliers not having stock.
 
I am never Buying from Sybaritic ever again. Firstly my order took forever to arrive and they say the order was done by cheque when in fact I found out that it was done over EFT. My products eventually arrive after a month and the pins on the motherboard were bent, after sending it in and waiting 2 weeks for a new motherboard, I finally get the new Mobo only to find out that one is fscking faulty :mad:

WTF is wrong with these people and the one guy there just does not give a crap.

I will never ever do business with them ever again im so pissed off with that company right now.:mad:
 
Sorry to hear about ya troubles man. I ended up ordering from Sybaritic, and I'm going to pick the stuff up at their offices in Randburg tomorrow. I'll let you know how it goes.
 
Don't be, what ever happens you not going to end up with nothing, they will replace it for you

dude there was major problems when I received my first board and the pins were bent, the warranty was void and I was like fsck you I will get a new board why would i break it when i have been waiting forever just to get the goods...
 
There is too much noise around these guys. They seem to be upsetting a lot of people in the IT community... I will be cautious if I ever order from them again... which I don't think will happen.
 
Well I'll see how it goes omorrow. Thing is, I won't be assembling the computer till I get the processor (end of month) to see if everything is in working order.
 
I dunno I might then just be lucky but I've never had any issues with anything I ordered from Sybaritic, literally never
And I've actually ordered a fair amount of components from them
 
I've never had a problem with syb either, I've ordered loads of things and even had some warantee replacements sorted out by them... no issues at all.
In fact I'd actually recommend them above most others.
 
I know this is a dead thread... But just so you all know I lodged a complaint against Sybaritic. I have had this ongoing battle with them for 2months now and I have had to replace my motherboard twice I have officially taken this up with Hellopeter.com as these guys im sorry to say just cannot do business properly. Im not one to complain but it has come to this.
 
Sorry to hear about that sycogrim. Just hope I don't run into any similar problems. Getting last piece of computer next week, before I test everything out.
