In primary school we got to play games on the computer.

There were the official games, two that I sort of remember. A game where you travel back in time to Rome and a game where you travel back in time to the Aztecs. Me and a friend completed all the puzzles in those games and were good at the other computer stuff.

So we got to play Lemmings for an hour, yay.

I don't even know what computers the school had, must have been some sort of apple computer.

So yeah, I spent a lot of time playing Lemmings in Primary School.

Yeah I was a computer lab prefect in high school. We played games every break. Played a lot of Counter Strike, Opposing Forces and Unreal Tournament.

We managed to sneak copies of Wacky Wheels and DOOM onto some of the PC's when I was in primary school.

I was part of the computer club - couldn't wait for Wednesday afternoons. We used to do half and hour of typing exercises and then in the 2nd half hour we could play games.

Someone had installed the freeware version of Quake on the PC's so that was a popular game for both deathmatch and co-op (we hadn't even worked out mouse look at this stage and played purely with the keyboard!). We played some Age of empires (the server PC had a CD-ROM so they could host the game), Duke Nukem and Need for Speed SE (multiplayer option).

We had Oregon Trail on the Apple II's. But we brought along dig dug and rad warrior ourselves.

Then there was the guy next to me playing tank battle (or whatever it was called, precursor to Worms type games). I looked over my shoulder to see what it was, just as the teacher walked in, and looked right back at my screen. I'm king of bad timing. I wasn't even watching, but it was enough to get us both a detention after school.

Primary school, we sneaked on half life 1, and played that multiplayer with everyone, as long as we didn't make to much noise. kinda unfair since i was like the only gamer there XD

Highschool, me and my friend put on Cod 4 and played against each other, when that got boring we went online and played flash games.

College 1st year, after the work was done we would play counter-strike, later on I played a bit of Split/Second Velocity on my own when i wasn't in the mood for CS. Second year we had a new lecturer that was a bit more strict.

Back when i was a youngen we used to olay dukenukem mp and quake during breaks and in computer science class. Thats where my live of gaming grew into whatnit is today.

Logo in primary school. Worms, Death rally, ROTT and Wolf3D in high school. Think there might have been copies of Hexen and Stellar 7 on some of the machines. The teacher let us play games instead of working on the next TSR to mess up her computers.

We didn't have computers in primary school. In high school, the computer lab had 386 PCs with no hard drive. Had to boot up with a 3.5" disc, log into the network and run Turbo Pascal from there.
I think when I was about standard 9, the lab got upgraded to Pentiums with Windows 95. Then we played Delta Force :). That's the only game I can remember that we played in school.

In primary school I was a "rekenaar leier" so I had the computer room to myself most breaks. I guess that's where my like for computers developed. I don't remember what game I used to play but it was on the teacher's computer as the students' didn't have games on other than typing shark and stuff like that. High school was a complete different story "whistling:
