Anyone here ever feel guilty about buying so many games?

Strange question, But I just bought Witcher 2 and The Saboteur and suddenly feel really guilty. Don't know why. Not like I don't have the money or need it for anything else, but I've bought a LOT of games recently and there are many more to get through. Even playing them all is now just becoming a rush to finish. Forget all the side quests I have to get through it so I can get to the next game. Uuurgh I guess I've just reached saturation point.

Are you feeling buyers' regret?

Well... if anything... you have enough to keep you busy for a while.

That's the thing, I wouldn't say buyers regret. I've only selected titles that I want to play, and even now would buy them if I hadn't. I whittled my basket down from 6 to 1 for the Origin sale. I don't know. Maybe it's just too much to play and too little time. <- yes I think that's it. It's like when you got so much work to do you end up doing nothing. You right about being sorted for the next LOOOONG while though. lol

Nope.

But I would suggest that you don't try to rush through every game, otherwise you really won't enjoy them as much.

Take your time, breathe, enjoy the experience and get to the next one when you're ready.

Just because you own a small library of games doesn't mean you have to play every single one of them in a fortnight.

Yeah, this is what I have to keep reminding myself of. BREATHE :D

I'm not feeling guilty. I only buy games at ridiculous discounts, so I buy more for less.

I'm with you on this. The most expensive game I've bough since I started using steam was R70- batman Arkham city. I'm happy to be a few years behind.

Remorse? :p

Nope, most of the games I own is from specials. GMG coupons/rewards ftw!
The ones I buy full price are ones that I really want.

A simple strategy, that works for me, is to install games that you want to play.
Create a category called "not playing/uninstalled".
Else the damn OCD in me wants to finish all the owned games :p

Also what Lycan said

I'm with you on that OCD thing. :D I download on one computer and play on another so I was thinking of doing what you said ^^ only installing the ones I'm currently playing and forgot about the others.

Possibly because you bought the Saboteur, the Witcher on the other hand you won't regret.

Yes,that's why i pirate (though i the last game i pirated was 2 months ago)

I felt really agitated when i bought R200 of skins in Lol knowing i don't even play the game that much.

It looks fantastic- love that time period. Reminds me a little bit of Mafia 2, though I haven't played either.

Play it, it's fantastic. It's very underrated in my opinion, some things could have been improved if the devs had more time, but it's definitely not a bad game, quite the opposite in fact :D You should be able to find a boxed copy for about R50, bargain bin FTW.

Also, the game is set in France, so tits :p

I have had a bit of guiltyness recently XD I bought a lot of games on the Steam Summer Sale and I bought the Humble Bundle :D Although those were all good deals (Should I say great :D)

Managed to get it on the Origin sale. I had never heard of it, but a quick look on youtube and I realised I had to have it RIGHT NOW! and yes, french dancers don't hurt the cause at all. :D

That's the problem, they were all great deals! but man those bundles are evil. How can anyone possibly pass them up! I must say though I've gotten to the stage where I've had to be hard with myself. Doesn't work most of the time, but the intention is there.

Some of those aren't cheap either. I try not to buy expensive games any more because when I finally get round to playing them they're already on 75% off sales. :(

why would you spend R200 for skins in a game you dont even play that much but wont spend less than R200 on full, awesome games? piracy, in your case, makes no sense at all.
