Anyway to get Tekom to recognize my existance?

I have been a loyal customer with Telkom for about 3 years now but 3 weeks ago my complexes lines went out (I believe it's because of a storm.) and no effort has been made to resolve the situation, as a person who works from home this is especially frustrating seeing as though I use skype to host meetings with associates and I have no landline or internet coverage now and paying R1000 for 3 weeks of 3G data is unacceptable. Anybody know a way to get Tekoms attention?

Thanks,

I don't have the e-mail anymore but try and send an e-mail directly to their CEO or district manager. A friend supplied me with the e-mail address and I sent a strongly worded e-mail to whomever was on the receiving end. Within two weeks my issues were resolved. The only problem would be getting a hold of the e-mail address of someone in charge. Usually they pass it on to the district managers and these people get the techies to jump.
