Just got this in my email. I never used @lantic before.

Lol, R1.46 would be a pretty crap amount even for a scammer. My guess would be that the amount is too small for a scam, so more likely it is an administrative error from @lantic. I have an email account with them, and I have had several admin issues over the years.
 
You didn't by any chance have an account at one of the previous ISPs that @lantic bought a few years back. I can't remember what they were called, but this has happened a few times now. People cancelled at those ISPs, @lantic's takeover bollocksed the records, and a few people have been told they owe money for a service they haven't used or had for years already.

Also, to anyone in the market for an ISP, stay away from @lantic. Klomp skelm bliksems.
 
If you were apart of Storm, Orion, Absa Internet then those were all taken over by @lantic, I know because I was at the helpdesk during that time and I had clients climbing down my throat for someone else's fsck up :-/
 
I think the best is to get hold of @lantic's phone number from their website (not from the email in case it's a phishing scam), and ask them WTF?
