So is anyone else as excited as I am about this game? I'm playing the first one again to refresh myself a bit on how awesome this game is! :)

gee thanks for reminding me that another buy-me title is coming out and my to-get list is already long...

I wont be buying.Have enough to keep me busy atm.I didnt dig AC 1 that much though.Hope it's good though cause I found the first one to be repetitive.

in all games you have to repeat a certain action to get a desired result. i'm yet to play a game where you have infinite actions which will bring no repetitiveness.

GTA 4 is also very repetitive. You drive around. Pick up a prostitute, shoot her in the head and drive off. Just because you do something over and over again doesn't make it a bad thing! :)

**could someone please scratch my back? This white jacket I was fitted with limits my arm movement!**

I agree on the repetitiveness aspect: all the assassinations were virtually the same, plus there's only so many towers one can scale before it starts becoming a chore.

If they can cut down on niggles like this then I reckon we'll have a fairly kickass game on our hands.

Didn't you guys read about the plethora of new mission types that they've added to the game? Also, this time around you can approach your target in various ways, you're not boxed into doing all of the "chores" first. From what I've ready about this new AC, it sounds a lot like they addressed the concerns from gamers and I think we're going to end up with a VERY good game.

I am kinda excited but am broke at the moment so might have to hold off for a bit. Think I'll play the first one for now...

I feel the same. Although the other games are repetitive by nature AC1 was just that little bit more repetitive. I hope AC2 improves on this aspect :)

Didnt love the first game very much but i must admit that the fighting video's i have seen of AC2 looks awsome.

Damn ... shame
Why do you remind me ?
It wont be out for PC for a while and I will have to wait......
Sucks

really waiting to see this one, i want to try the money system and see how well it works.

Also the poisoning system seems cool.

They realy heard the fans on this one ,its realy open all the flaws mentioned above resolved money system great plus dual kills ,new engine
yip I cant Wait ,as you must have noticed im a Fan

AC1 was repetitive i agree, but it was a good game. It was interesting, as for the assasinations you could vary from time to time if you had the ability to. I don't think i killed any of them by the book i made some weird if not funny assasinations.

As for AC2 really wanted to get this game, but with all the releases this month its put on hold.. Guess there was just to much. Atleast if nothing good comes out we ill have enough games to play.

The dual hidden blade looks gimmicky. They just put two guards close together, every now and then, so that you can use it.
