Assassins Creed III Debut Trailer Released

Just watched it. Going to be interesting if they make it a multi-settlement sandbox. Freerunning thought the forrest.

They are indeed, I stopped playing after the 3rd one or was it the 2nd 2nd one..Who knows.
The game has changed very little offering almost nothing new with each new launch, they are also pushing them out a lot faster...Mmmm

Yeah agreed. . . same shit over and over. They should have stopped at 2 or Brotherhood at the least IMO.

I bought revelations, I have played about 1 hour and just have zero motivation to carry on.

Judging by the new setting and new features they're introducing I'm sure it's gonna be an improvement over the last 'extras' (Brotherhood & Revelations) IMO I enjoyed Brotherhood because they improved on a few things as well as furthered the story, but as soon as I heard that Revelations was coming I was thinking that that game is really not necessary - Brotherhood was as far as they should have gone. But I'm glad they're bringing in a new protagonist and completely different setting and perspective, my hopes are high for this release.
 
This one has been developed over the last 3 years and is built on an upgraded engine. Unlike brotherhood and Revelations that only had one year dev cycles and were more expansions than true sequels.
 
AC Brotherhood & Revelation was the conclusion of Ezio's tale and they sent him off beautifully. This is new time period, new setting, new protagonist. Desmond's story continues & considering the cliff hanger from Revelations I can't wait to see what happens next.

That's kind of funny coming from someone who buys the same game from Activision each November.

I'm not attacking you or anything, merely making an observation.

I will admit that neither CoD or AC have changed much in the gameplay area over the past few titles, but at least AC has one of the best storylines in a game this generation, whereas CoD is very weak in the story department.

I for one am really looking forward to this game and I can't wait to see what I can do with that tomahawk.
