Assassin's Creed Revelations Thread

Played it for a couple hours last night, feels very much like Brotherhood thus far but slightly tweaked. There's a whole new system of bomb-making which looks awesome, and the new combat animations are particularly savage (stick sword in dude's face, use it to snap his neck 180 degrees, retrieve sword).

Story-wise I can't say much yet, but from early on there's a strong sense that this is the chapter to conclude the tale.

Now to keep going until I get the hook blade!

Race you to the finish! :)

Egypt would feel too much like the first Assassin's Creed IMO. I know it wasn't set in Egypt but it would mean the same sort of setting, etc. I hope they don't do that.

Maybe it'll be in India. That'll kinda be like we know with the dome roofs and stuff.
Anyway, I couldn't wait to finish Brotherhood first, which was my original plan. I walked right into BT over the weekend and picked me up a copy.
Nice that the soundtrack is included...
*edit*
I just watched the Embers video!
It is worth it, trust me. I'm not going to give anything away but there is a hint on where the next AC might take place...

I've spent some time on it but with BF3 always in the corner of my eye it's hard to give Ezio a proper chunk of my gaming time at this point.

I have just passed the section where you learn how to use and make bombs however.

So far it's ok. You are armed with some nifty new tricks in terms of weaponry and fighting moves of which I wont give anything away. The hook-blade is a great addition to Ezio's arsenal.

All and all it's more of the same with a small quantity of new stuff thrown into the mix.

I've loved all of them since the crappy first featuring Altair so....

Oh, and the ps3 version DOES also contain a installable version of AC1....

Damnit, PS3 gets everything:( I agree that it is like the previous games. I just wish they didn't include that tower game. I understand that they tried to change it, but it was a bad choice IMO
