Attributes of you ideal game?

Haha. Sorry for my multiple threads...
If your dream game exists or you are still waiting in anticipation for your "dream" game. What attributes would it have for you to consider it your most favourite game of all time? It could be anything from beautiful graphics, Immersion, simply tweaking the gripes you have with a certain game genre, multiplayer innovation perhaps? etc etc
OR maybe put it this way if you were to successfully develop your own "dream" game hypothetically what attributes would it have compared to the existing games on the market?
 
Hmm.... Can change between fps and Tps... Gorgeous gfx.... Great storyline. Decent A.I. worth while MP. Preferably a shooter... That's all I can think of for now.

The only time I can tolerate a shooter is when the story is top notch and is very immersive like Half life 2.. Nothing to this day beats the immersion of that game, I don't know what it is about it. So ya, a perfect shooter would be an A+ story with high immersion.

Lots of customization from the primer in your gun to the genetics in your player,you basically build your character with materials you gather in the world.

The map:

The map is a huge dark world called the ''Other World'',far in the future scientists discovered particles that they have never seen before and learn thru these particles that there is a whole other world that contradicts and overrides all earths logic and what human kind knows of the universe.Multiple counties start opening rifts to the ''Other World'' hungry for the resources of this new world,many of the soldiers send into these rifts either died by drowning,spontaneous combustion or both.Tanks,guns and at times even human organs would stop working in the ''Other World'' though these people did not die.

After Numerous studies scientists found that these humans who did not die due to their organs stopping are the key to exploring the ''Other World''.Even after returning to Earth they would still be walking around fine even with their hearts taken out,scientists started noticing increased regeneration abilities as well as their bodies filling up with a strange liquid that would form new organs and bones unlike those of any animal on earth.The Soldiers were evolving but they did not stay sane,some could not handle what they had become.Many Soldiers got divorced and shunned by their families,some tried to commit suicide but failed while others returned to the Other World to take vengeance on whoever turned them into monsters.

Summary:You're a soldier who has lost everything,your body doesn't work and your weapons don't work.Nothing you learned works anymore and you're left to fend off others of your kind as well as any threats coming from the Other World while continually evolving both body and mind.
 
1. Excellent storyline with exceptional lead character = Halo Franchise good example!
2. Good Graphics and easy playability
3. At least 5+ hours gameplay time when doing campaign

You sir deserve a +1 if you go into game development the world will be a better place :)
 
Perfect game:
1. Can be any type of game, as long as it gives me the freedom to play it my way. Even if the map is not open and free-to-roam, there must be enough room to make my own decisions.

2. Story line must be incredible and immerse you into the character you are playing.

3. Gameplay mechanics must be easy and accessible, but fun and make you feel like a badass.

4. The game must give me the option to create something myself.
