Bad Company 2 next week Friday!

There is going to be a patch on release,but no worries it is going to be less than 300 megs, here is the link.
 
It's only 1 patch for now man and it's smaller than 300MB. That's about 15 minutes on a 4MB line :) No issues!
 
There are allot of achievements and ranks I see. I can not wait as I never played cod 4 or bf2 online.
 
Well if you've never played COD4 or BF2 before, you may or may NOT like this. Like I said, I love Battlefield 2 and I also really liked Modern Warfare...so this game seems like my exact kind of game :)
 
I like the whole premises of it and I played bf2 lan and cod 4 lan never online.
 
I'm not sure if SGS will have servers up on release day, but I'm confident iGame will have servers available on release day.
 
I've never used any of iGame's servers before. Anything different about them? www link please? :)
 
i just need to redo my order seeing as i am stuck in cape town til who knows when away from my gaming rig and consoles :( all that's here at my brother's house is a dang wii..

Not at all :)

You can get one of their special accounts, similar to the WA offering, where you don't use any b/w while playing on their servers, but apart from that you can game using any service/account.

Is web africa's special up and running yet. And will it be associated with igame servers.
 
Well I am sorry I just did not know how it works. Did a bit of research and found wag web site. Looks like they will have bc2 for there servers. They did have bc2 beta.

Should be good. I remember Battlefield 2 took up some epic cap if you played for a long period. Being able to play using NO cap would be brilliant. Then again, the uptake might not be that great on their servers. SGS generally has more people gaming on their servers.

I would like to add that I refuse to play this game on a server where the FiB clan are present. I don't have time for people cheating/ruining this game like they have done with Battlefield 2. There, I said it.

Is that in the wag servers. If so I rather not play there. And how much cap a hour of gaming takes up?
 
Nope. The FiB clan are a rather infamous clan on the SGS servers. That's personally why I hope the WAGE BC2 server is successfull so that I can use them instead :)
