I just got Deadrising and I just HATE it!! The stupid save system, when you die you might have to start the game from over, the camera thing.. Does anyone else hate it, or do you love and please tell me why, because I can't figure out why you would like this game.

Not every1 hates it.. Most ppl prefer this one over the second..:)

Game is old but you are correct, I tried it and it sucked.

Saw some comments that will agree with you. Rather get Left for dead or even dead island if you are looking for a good zombie killer game. These types of games are only fun during co-op.
 
It wasn't that bad. I did waste a perfectly good voucher buying DR2 though, which I just simply hate.
 
I love all Dead Rising games (except the Wii one, haven't played it). There is no zombie game that can come close to the amount of fun you can have with Dead Rising. I'm actually playing Dead Rising 2: Off the Record right now and I am LOVING it! Frank West is the awesomeness! It's pretty much exactly the same game as Dead Rising 2, but you play with Frank West (who has different skills) and there is a new (awesome) amusement park area. The addition of Sandbox mode is also pure win, love the face that your character carries over between sandbox and story mode.
 
I originally tried to get it, but couldn't find it on PC so I got the 2nd one. It is kinda entertaining but I got bored somewhere down the line and haven't finished it yet. Maybe I should get someone to join me in co-op and try to finish it that way... Have never played a game like this in co-op.

Left 4 Dead 2 didn't impress me... I played for a few minutes and then got angry with myself for paying full price (or close to it) for "that".
 
I downloaded Dead Rising Case West and I love it. The save system is not the best in it too. You have to find a bathroom and take a shwaz, then it saves. The humour is great and making your own weapons is mad cool. so many different combonations of items to use. You can also dress your character in the most random outfits. Just a fun game.
 
I enjoyed Dead Rising 2. It had some design flaws, but for the most part i appreciated the gameplay. DR2: Off The Record looks like the game to get if you missed Dead Rising 2.

Same here. I expected better from Valve. It was so repetitive and it had no story or unlocks
 
Dude, if the save system bothers you that much and you don't care about the story and just want to kill countless zombies, get Dead Rising 2: Off the Record. It has a Sandbox mode which you can access right from the start and the whole world is open to you. Obviously you won't be able to follow the story, but you can kill zombies to your heart's content and level up your character and unlock new skills and so on. Once your character is nice and strong you can start the story mode and it won't be as frustrating as it can be with a low level character.
