Batman : Arkham Asylum

oh no, the princess is in another castle! :P

Right, so for interest sake. I installed the PC Demo on my computer and compared it to my PS3 version. For some reason it looks better on my pc. Meh to that :/

Must say the Xbox version and PC version look very similar. U barely notice the lack of phyx. Yet another title of which the ps3 version looks less than stellar.

I am surprised by how deep the combat is. For a 2 at most 3 button system its incredibly deep. Last night i came up against 8 + goons and it took me a few tries to get them all down and out. I noticed if u dont read the combat u die really quickly.

8 goons aint that bad, try one thats armed (with a gun) 3 that needs to be stunned, and 3 with shock battons

I enjoy the challenge of Hard. Still enjoying it, i tend to hit most games on hard first, since i very rarely play though more than once. Unless its a stellar RPG like Mass Effect or Fallout or Halo :D

This game is frikkin awesome, I spent most of my saturday night playing it!!!

I struggle a bit on the guards with the suicide collars but overall i'm loving it. Haha its cool as you progress Batman gets more stuffed up, suit and cape gets torn :D. Hehe...

And the boss fights are epic :D

A truly awesome game. Rocksteady has my regards for finally bringing the dark knight to video gaming properly.

AAAAA thx man

You mean thank you Ma'am.;)

Ok so we've heard of every one who loves it. Anybody play it and not like it? Any bugs or glitches to report? Just curious as my gut tells me the game can't be perfect even though it feels pretty perfect. Want to hit those challange rooms that looks like it could be fun but think i should wait till after i finish the game so i have all upgrades and stuff to my disposal.

Can someone please please for the love of my insanity tell me when the f*&%$ng PC version is coming out in this good-for-sweet-blow-f&^ol country of ours? The said August, that was great, then they said September, I can handle that. But now it's OCTOBER???????

Is this game really worth the R700 pricetag? I've read all the reviews and heard from people who played it so I know it's a pretty good game, but I want to know if it's really worth spending R700 on. Is there any replay-value? I don't wanna fork out my hard earned cash for something that I'll finish in a week and then never play again.

Well for me it totally is. There are a whole lot of challange maps not to mention all the collectibles and such. I got my copy free so its a huge win win for me.:D This game is probably one of the few out there thats worth the money you pay for it.

saw the idiot presenter was trying to play it on the very low budget and amateur (VERGE tv show) last night

Trying? The game isn't that hard. I did one challange map last night and ranked 15th on the leader board. only need to shave off 5 or so seconds to be ontop.
