Was thinking the same thing, good to see Rocksteady on it again, the last Batman was OK' but not as good as the two prior to it.

I think by "gameplay" they mean "realtime in-engine". That being said, a lot of that footage looks like actual gameplay footage, but taken with a free-cam.
