I would rather have Darkseid rather than Doomsday tbh. Doomsday is uber strong to be sure; but all he can do is kill you. Darkseid on the other hand..

I agree, I prefer Darkseid as a villain as opposed to Doomsday. Though I do think they'd most likely use him for a Justice League movie instead.

I wonder if the Rock's inclusion in this movie won't mean that he'll play Doomsday...John Stewart is pretty heavily hinted at, but it can just be a ruse.

He certainly has the muscle for it. And since they say there will be 2 superman villains in the movie [Lex being the one]; then they still need someone whom can challenge Supes on a physical level. You may be right about it being a ruse

I loved doomsday as a villain he's just a freak on a whole new level, sure Darkseid would be cool but i would love to see doomsday. He's what bane is to batman

Na Bane would be closer to Mongul or Darkseid not Doomsday. Bane has always been a greater threat to Batman through his planning and not just his physical ability

I think the Young Justice portrayal of Lex Luthor was awesome... suave as hell!
I think they should try that route this time rather than the psycho jealous Lex.
Mark Strong's got the dome, the jaw and the Adam's apple for it
I don't actually mind what they do since I've been really wrong about a lot of comic movie castings (Chris Hemsworth, The Avengers design of the Hulk... they worked out pretty damn good and I was against it
)
