Good to know that my pc makes the recommended spec and a little extra. YAY!

...even though I most likely will not play this one with EA being so douchy on the Origin thing all around. Pretty much the same goes for SW:TOR.

I meet all the recommend requirements except for the GPU. Currently sitting with a HD5870 and the recommended is HD6950. I wonder if I'll be able to play on maximum graphics without dropping below 40 fps.

Nope it's just a gauge to say the game will be playable on that spec. Problem is that playable is relative. I might be fine with 23fps but you might find 30fps to be your optimal playable framerate.

I'm hoping my 5770 will be up to task, I don't play games at lower than my screens native resolution of 1920x1080.

im in the exact same boat ... meet everything cept graphics have a 5870 as well, i'll be ok if I cant max out everything
just need the game to run smooth and ave that hit register on par!

1Tb hard drive at least. More value for money. Brand choice is up to the buyer.

My CPU is going to be the bottle neck to my system if I want to jam it on the recommended settings, on the other hand my PC will manage the BF3(joy).
No more playing a game (eg. BC2) on 35 frames.

Yup we should be able to run on 1920x1080 and max out some of the settings. I don't mind playing with 2xAA only.
