the bloody name calling when trying to use the mortar to get the support unlocks...
 
Mortar has its place... otherwise people would get bogged down at choke points. Especially in rush matches.

ye i still sued the mortar, got like 20 kills with it.....point is to use it when its really needed

I agree and besides if someone is spamming mortar its so easy to just take yours out and counter them easy problem solved

but something weirds me out... 12x ballistic scope for it...

Battlefield 2's mortars had an ammo limit. Being support class, people can drop ammo bags next to the mortar and happily use it until the ammo bag becomes depleted, jump out and then place another one. I think the ammo load or recharge rate of the Mortar from the ammo bag was quite high, meaning it would take a while before you would receive mortar ammo from the ammo bag.

Perhaps they should implement something like that.
 
Yeh i remember something like that. Some parts of bf3 just seem contrary to good gaming ethics.

Hope with time balance issues are sorted.

Fetches one of those lekker Large pizza's from St Elmos or something
Warm the PC up
Return with coffee and lock the door
play Karkand all evening till the early hours of tomorrow morning.

Yeh true. I double space instead of punctuate often. Worst is sending an important SMS with "thong" instead of "thing" :/
