Welkom and Boksburg are far worse than Brakpan.
Talking from personal experience with people who live there.
Every town has their dodgy people , I guess Brakpan just sounds funny.

According to the EA Tech support guy , theres a problem with iBurst not caching files correctly when you pull them.
To save their bandwidth they cache downloads on their side and this causes a problem.

Only with iburst though.
