Or is that just the patch alone?
if it is just the patch, how big is the limited edition extra stuff?

Maps will be patched in at a later stage AFAIK

Damn this patch is going to cost me a 2 hour wait before I can play... Can you play the SP while it's downloading the update? I know I'm reaching.

Yeah looks like you can play the SP without the patch - but I think the patch downloading will pause when the game is active.

No, disc includes that stuff already because the normal guys must see and be shot with the LE stuff too. PC patch should be the same for all. DLC Back to Karkland will be an additional download in a month's time, guessing around 1Gb.

I usually like to play the single player campaign first in order to hit the ground running in multiplayer, so waiting for the patch wont be too painful.

Now just waiting for my hardcopy to be delivered from TakeAlot. Looking forward to some 64 player action again, its been so long...

See I still have loyalty points left on my MTN, will burst the patch tonight with a 24 hour bundle. Hopefully I'll get at least 2Mbps, then I can still play tonight.

I think it will be the same size regardless if you have the plain copy, Limited Edition or any attached DLC. Proof me wrong please?
The DLC code is simply an unlock code. When I bought the BFBC2 Vietnam and SpecAct nothing downloaded after I activated my codes as the software was already part of the last patch.
