there shouldn't be 2 patches. there is 1 patch of 4Gb and one of 140MB

Maybe your first one failed?

Id stop the download and verify the game files option . ( cant remember exact wording ) and then if it still says it has to download then your pretty stuffed.
 
no its just origin that's f**** up.
happened to me as well.
heard of people who had to dl that patch 3 times.

so hold thumbs it works
 
Yeah, thats why origin sucks, the downloads, the updates. Tsar downloaded like 13GB of the first update.

hummm...i dotn recall more than a 4Gb patch.....there is something wrong there Grim.

@Fridge what map was this bru? on firestorm i had a great game, was really cool playing againts a few KK dudes, Wah, Silhouette and ofc you :)

you guys played very well....if i recall i think we lost that map.

Silhouette was not impressed with my tanking skills :o
 
He moans all the time so its fine. They were a bit cheesed of at Patriarchs little tank camping tactic. It was fun but it just grinded me that i played my ass off and some idiot on a hill overtook me on points while not doing anything for the team.

jeez, and tbh thats not really like him or his playstyle.....

I actually didnt even notice him doing that, was it firestorm?
 
Yep. Tank at B on the little incline with 2 engi's repairing. Oh the joy that was. But alas each to his own. Was not as bad as our forum friend BloodHound and his tank camping last night.

tank camping was quite popular in BC2....
 
Its one of the main reasons i stopped playing BC2. It always ended up in the "best" players sitting on some hill spamming tank shells.

Haha, maar nou ja. Almal rage maar so bietjie. I almost lost my shit last night with a guy that kept killing me over and over by always being behind me somehow. That made me rage a little. :D
 
Haven't played this in aaaages, and I miss it so much. Almost done downloading my other stuff on Steam, so I'll leave it to download the 1.2gb patch overnight tonight.
 
Also, we're probably gonna have to start a new thread soon to avoid the same thing happening to this one as the TK thread. :P
