Sounds good, have not tried out the AN-94 properly yet. Will give it a spin tonight. (back to studies >_<)

most people dont like it

its not an easy gun to master, its rather different to other assault rifles, its burst is unique but it no other assault rifle comes even close in terms of accuracy and range, i was killing snipers at sniper range, thing's i'd never dare try with an assault rifle.

quite frankly it is the most effective and possibly most accurate, the G3 is also VERY accurate.....

2 bursts at long range and the sniper is dead.....where do you see that.....im amazed by this gun.

The AN-94 takes some time to get used to. Wont work well for impact infantry players in comps. FFA servers it works lekka !
i play support in the DGL anyway :)

it has a surprising fire rate up close though

with enough practice you may be bale to level the playing field against the ever popular M16A3

i never use the An94 on full auto anyway but i would say for now the M16A3 is best for assault in comps.

I like the kobra sight on the m16 and m4a1. See alot of the really good players prefer it too.

So you agree its the best gun, it makes killing easy :)
in General situations the M16A3 cannot be beat

1. Close range good

2. Medium range good

3. Long range good

now we look at the An94

1. Close range, not so good

2. Medium rage, good

3. Long Range, excellent

then you look at something like the AEK

1. Close range, excellent

2. Medium range, good

3. Long Range, poor

my whole point is the M16A3 as a starting gun is good all round, it doesn't excel at all ranges but it does them well and its reliable to that extent.

Medium rage ey? :P

Btw dude, AN-94 long range excellent and M16 longe range only good? Sis man, shame on you!

Although, you play support so technically you don't really know how to shoot anyway :p

/runs

/runs towards Monkey for a close line

ah away with you!

no seriously though, if im keen on assault and its CQB, i'll turn to the m16A3 because my fav engineer gun is the m4a1 and the m16a1 is its big bro

but i really enjoy playing support :D

If you're in a twitchy-aiming mode, then the AN-94 is actually quite devastating in CQB. The double tap to the head CQB is deadly, with plenty spare in the clip for more killing!

I love using the g53.

Great close range weapon and if you have enough skill really awesome long range one as well :D

I usually stay at the back of the main team when using the AN-94 so i don't get shot at first since the gun needs about half a second to be aimed properly.i run at the front of the team when branding the M16A3 since you can start firing at the torso then twitch it upwards to get to the head at the 3rd or 4th bullet.

Anyone notice that the G3A3 has the largest rounds for assault rifles.

G3A3 = 7.62x51mm NATO(20 bullet clip,500rpm)

Average assault rifle = 5.56x45mm NATO (30 bullet clip)

Slow rate of fire and smaller clip but larger rounds like the light machine guns.

You still up for co-op tonight SaintDee?

Any of you guys with all the updates, live in Jhb/Pta area? My net is down thanx to telfuck, so I need to get the files from someone.
I am willing to pay/buy you drinks/ whatever it takes lol.

Motherboard battery flat maybe?
Checked that. It's definitely not the battery. The thing is, when the DC was re-inserted, (since the QC gave problems the first few startups), everything worked fine. it's only now that the QC is in that I get this problem. But there's no doubt in my mind that the QC is NOT at fault here. Something is though.
