Yeah, I have to agree with you there. Snipers are a pet hate of mine.

I started it last night and I must say it is very different to COD6 the game play is more team based and the lone ranger approach does not work .
It feels sluggish at times but the huge maps may be the reason for that.

I have been having issues it happened at least 3 times last night where I was kicked but I think that was the punkbuster problem .

Get a physicX card,you should have 100% performance then,The game is teambased most of the time but it can become a little more solo when your teammates play like n00bs.

That post was from the day the game first came out when it was sluggish but that was fixed after the patches def not PhysicX so yeah ....

Man have I been getting stuck with morons lately ,no system or cover we are a 4 man squad and the guys never cover you during reload and this on the hardcore servers ,its pissed me off so much that I took to sniping and did i get a good one ...it was Port Valdez second part of rush and I shot a guy clear across the map between the eyes wohoo 420 points ...infact because people are now seeming to want to drop tactics I kind off stuck with sniping
If any of you want to play or plays sqaud based please add me on to your friends list ...cause the Lone rangers are getting on my nerves now.

Its just one of those things that you'll have to deal with in pub games, in almost any game as a matter of fact. If you get into clan matches its obviously not a problem, the competition and competence of the enemy team is obviously going to be a lot steeper though.

I was a good medic and exellent sniper on BF 2,hope to be the same here :)
 
Is RouteSentry the way to go in terms of multiplayer for BC2? i.e. Use a international account to authenticate and local account for the rest of the traffic?

Sorry for the noob question, I'm only starting to play multiplayer now :o

I believe keeping a copy of the installed version of the game will work as well assuming u were patched to the latest patch before u needed to reinstall.
 
Well, you are now able to download the latest patch locally and then just extract it over you installation. So just keep a copy of the patch on a drive somewhere.

Route Sentry should work, as long as your Local account is an mweb or whichever account, you know the story.
