You have probably figured out the line speed by now. A friend of mine plays on a 384kbit, sometimes when I crash at his place we both play on it with no lag. But another friend of mine also has a 384kbit line, when we play together I get serious lag spikes. So suppose who your ISP is and how far away from the exchange you are. But ja 512 just to be safe

got it this weekend and installed it but the updater bombs out every time. i tried to play without running the updater but i could not see any servers.

any one be able to help me???

You can get the updates here but you going to have to search for the R8 one.

downloaded the one 800mb patch , but still could not find any servers.
should i download the other one as well?
haven't done it yet cause its 2.4gb.......

Yes you need the 2.4gig one.

we shud squad up sometime, i wann asee if i can learn some new flying ideas because i do not know how mic_jag and rusty_the_clown stay in the air for so long!!!! i use flares etc just like them but they are just too good, chopper whores
