We can still help, however I'm assuming you are from the states if you gave a $ budget? Which means we won't use local sites for pricing, we will have to use Newegg, Amazon and the like.

I can still recommend something if you'd like?

Yea thanx :) i live in the Netherlands so i actually use € but theres not a big amount of difference between $ and €, i hope u can help me.

Well it just so happens that I have a buddy in Netherlands and I know there is a Netherlands site he always uses for his computer parts. I just have to find out what it is again. Can remember everything being in Dutch though :p

I found the website. It is tweakers.net

I also spoke to my buddy, he would also gladly help you out. The website only sells loose components though, so you would have to assemble all the components yourself. Do you know how to do that?
 
I'm surprised that after the first post, the "dollar-dollar-bills-y'all" sign didn't tip anyone off that this chick ain't from around these parts.

Only person on the forum since ever to ask a legitimate question about getting a PC and they use a dollar sign.
