Best weapons that you can recall

What are your favourite weapons that you have used? Any genre, any type.

Some of my best ones that I can think of at the moment are:

Doom 1 and 2: The chainsaw and the BFG was awesome, but the one that I'll remember the most was the double barreled shotgun. Nothing quite like that for some close quarter combat.

Fallout 1 and 2: My prefered weapons in these games were the gauss rifle. Was basically a sniper rifle, but was oh so powerful.

Total Annihilation: The Big Bertha. This has to be my favourite weapon of all time. No strategy game had anything like that. It shot clear across the screen and just about destroyed anything with one shot. Used in combination with a advanced radar or forward radar station, it was a terrifying weapon. You could just select it and start picking off red dots on your radar with it.

erm... I can't really choose one, for me the best weapons ever were those of Ratchet and Clank.
 
the buzzsaw in Total Anihalation. bit shorter range than the big bertha but the rate of fire. OMG. jut needed enough energy, then you watch enemy structures dissapear. :)

Got to say, I loved the Persuadetron from Syndicate as well. Your army of people was pretty useless in a fight, but at least they served as some protection. In Syndicate Wars I loved using the barb wire. Used to go and search for a nice position that I could defend, layed down miles of barb wire at the entrances and then use one of the agents to go and draw some attention. As the enemy got to the barb wire I would just slaughter them as they slowly moved over the barb wire.
