To see such an esteemed developer in this state must be what it felt like to see the Titanic sink, or to experience a supernova, feeling completely helpless...

I really hope that something miraculous happens, but I can't help hoping the horror would end as well.

I'd like to think I wouldn't feel the need to kick another company while they're down and trying their best to get back up

It would be awesome if they collaborated, rather than just staring each other down. Interplay would get whatever assistance they'd need and Bethesda would get their royalties. It's win-win.

I just want to see one more Interplay game. Even if it's their last dying breath, I want to see it.

I agree. Interplay games still have a permanent home on my hard drive because they're RPG franchises are original, unique and excellent.

If you played Interplay games before they ran out of money, its not hard to be making all kinds of angry faces at Bethesda right now. Cut Interplay some slack!
