When questioned about the authenticity of a personal log found in Fallout 4, Bethesda’s VP Pete Hines deflected the question, and fans lost their minds.

I don't get it. It proves how little Bethesda cares about the continuity and the established lore. Would it really be so difficult for him to forward it to the relevant department and have it changed from Jet to something else? It's highly unlikely that an entry on a vault terminal was written so long after the war.

Besides, Pete Hines has always been a bit of a jerk. Not really cut out for PR material.

Its a small thing to be upset about but at the same time its a small thing to fix. Just change the name from Jet to Hyper or Speed or something.
Its such a tiny thing that I dont think it reflects poorly on the lore at all.
