Great then. I'm happy with me earlier guess of:

"...about 10344 posts, which will bring the total pages of TK (if set to 10 posts per page) to 1034 pages and 4 posts. But if you are viewing it as Eugene (at 50 posts per page I think) at 206 pages and 44 posts"

Also, I take it to be eligible you must have a specific guess. These "between" and "over" or "about" guesses has to specify a number perhaps, otherwise how will their answers be measured against the correct amount
 
Nice one Mr. 44. I'm starting to think my inititial guesstimate might be a bit low after that challenge thread, but I'm going to stick with it.

Yeah, I'm only adding specific guesses. None of this, "between 0 and 700pages" or something. The list of eligible candidates and their guesses will be updated on the first post.
 
Just a heads-up on how things are standing at the moment:
TK is currently sitting pretty on 140 pages (or 1399 posts to be accurate). This is still roughly 4 hours short of the 4 days mark. The comp will run for another ~24 days (total of 27.5 days for the comp).

If the current trend continues, we'll be looking at a number just short of the 1,000 pages range. Get your guess in people.

Just worth mentioning that should TK get closed before the end of the comp, Cicero will add the posts of TK IX to those made in TK X till the end of the comp.
 
It seems as if the speed of Tk has been grossly over-estimated, but I'm sticking to my bet for in case the speed picks-up later the month.

  • chan0o - Me guess... 723 pages.
  • Nemesis - Already on 4, so I'm gonna guess 732 pages (give or take 7320 posts in the TK thread alone).
  • DarthMol - I'd wager 749 pages
  • matt - let's say 800 pages
  • KofDelight - Over 800 pages.
  • Tsar - 850 pages..........
  • Iam3G - My bet: 856 pages!
  • blaaislaai - 931 pages
  • Snare - I say exactly 1000 pages of TK :D

Lot less activity than a few of us expected...23/27 guessers were over the actual results. If this was Superbru, they would've classified this as a major upset. Grats to Edelweiss though.

Haha, true hey. I guessed virtually double what it ended up on, and the majority of us are way higher.
