Hi all.

Seeing as CoD4 is no where to be found I'm stuck playing BF2. Since the game is still fully available and for under R 100 I was wondering if any other people is willing to take it up. Would be great if we can get a big group to play so that we can maybe have a tourney playing BF2 also.

Just a thought though.
 
Well I mean the local servers are still pretty packed. Even if we don't get 100's of players there is still the local servers full of players. I started playing a week ago and there is plenty of new players on board every day.

Where else do you buy a game for R 70 odd bucks and play till the sun comes up ?
 
I have about 300 hours behind my back in online BF2 - played it since 2006.

There are 3 local ranked servers up and running if you're keen to join...

196.4.79.20 - Jet server
196.4.79.28 - Urban II server (tanks,jeeps,etc.)
196.4.79.31 - Urban 1 server (infantry only)

You'll need the latest patch (1.41) which is about 530mb big and is available locally from the SGS servers...

Feel free to join us on the servers! Since I'm mainly a WoW player lately, I generally only play BF2 on Thursday nights on Urban II under "Yomah_Sahara" ...
 
Yup, I'll also be there most Thursday nights, most probably on Urban 2 with the other WrGerz
 
played bf2 at our last lan, was pretty fun...

...so if someone sets it up/arranges it, i'll be keen

will check out those servers sometime this week, i hope

I'll post the servers here quickly.
If you push play now I will connect you to a local server. But just add these 3 to your favourite list and bob's your uncle.

196.4.79.20 jet server
196.4.79.28 urban server with vehicles
196.4.79.31 CS style bf 2, always packed
