BF3 xbox patch live

as the title says guys.. its there.. but for some reason my xbox keeps sayin "unable to purchase" too many people downloading at the same time maybe....?

Tried to queue it now, it marks it as "purchased", but it tells me "We were unable to add this item to your download queue."

I hope the patch completely deletes the FAMAS and VAL.
